BANDAR SUNWAY, 8 August 2026 — Tourism Perak Management Berhad has clinched the prestigious title of “Best State Tourism Promotion Board” at the Tourism Industry Awards 2026, held at the Sunway Resort Hotel tonight.
Organised by the Malaysian International Tourism Development Association (MiTDA), the award recognises Tourism Perak’s continuous efforts and dedication in driving statewide tourism promotion and positioning Perak as a top-tier travel destination.
The accolade highlights the effectiveness of the board’s promotional strategies in showcasing Perak’s diverse travel offerings, spanning eco-tourism, rich heritage, vibrant culture, outdoor recreation, and local gastronomy.
