KAMPAR, 31 August 2026 — Approximately 500 enthusiasts and a convoy of 100 vehicles gathered at the Sahom Valley Resort – Agro & Eco Village over the weekend for Jamboree Delica 3.0, blending automotive passion with outdoor recreation and eco-tourism.
Organised by the Mitsubishi Delica Owners Club from 29 to 31 August, the three-day national meet brought together owners, families, and fans from across Malaysia under the theme “One Delica, A Million Stories at Sahom”.
The gathering featured a wide range of community-centric activities, including the ‘Explore Race Sahom’, family telematches, children’s colouring competitions, and team-building exercises. Delegates also celebrated the National Month festivities together during a special Merdeka Eve gathering on the second night of the programme.
Beyond the automotive showcase, the event spotlighted the potential of Sahom and the wider Kampar district as prime destinations for agro- and eco-tourism. Participants had the opportunity to explore the area’s rural landscapes and scenic riverfront settings.
In keeping with environmental stewardship, the jamboree concluded with a commemorative “Mega Delica” aerial photo session and a collective “Leave No Trace” clean-up initiative, ensuring the natural grounds were preserved before participants dispersed.
