IPOH, 2 September 2026 – The Perak State EXCO Office for Tourism, Industry, Investment and Corridor Development, in collaboration with the Kinta Perak Vitality Association, will organise the inaugural Ipoh Coffee Vibes Festival 2026 to promote Ipoh White Coffee and the diversity of local coffee culture as one of the state’s key tourism icons.
Supported by Tourism Perak as its strategic partner, the four-day festival will take place from 10 to 13 September 2026 at Riverfront Old Town Ipoh, with free admission for all visitors.
Throughout the festival, visitors will have the opportunity to experience the unique character of Ipoh White Coffee in an open-air coffee shop setting along the Kinta River, explore the history and stories behind the local coffee heritage, and enjoy a variety of showcases featuring coffee entrepreneurs, food, arts, and culture.
Highlights across the four-day event include the Kita FM Concert, musical and cultural performances, kopi tarik and flying roti canai demonstrations, fire performances, live band performances, and various interactive activities, along with the distribution of exclusive souvenirs.
