This district features seven different cascades and waterfalls, each one having their own charm and appeal. You can do various activities like trekking, abseiling, white water rafting and camping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-tw-arrow wp-block-list\">\n<li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mdselama.gov.my\/ms\/pelawat\/perkhelahanair-terjun\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.mdselama.gov.my\/ms\/pelawat\/perkhelahanair-terjun\" target=\"_blank\">Learn more<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besides natural wonders, Selama contains two British waterwork marvels built during the colonial era.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One is the unique <em>Sungai atas Sungai<\/em> or \u201cRiver over River\u201d, whereby one river flow on top of another. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of the Ijok River, is the <em>Telaga Gergasi<\/em> or \u201cGigantic Well\u201d of Selama. Although it looks as if it\u2019s bottomless, the well is 18 metres deep.
